This hotel is pure gold. It's position close to Inverness, but away from chaos is perfect. The outside view from the windows is rare in uk, with its Mediterranean-like vegetation and Moray Firth view, just few tens meters away. The whole building and the garden are both romantic and flavoured of a sort of colonial style. The history of the hotel itself is very interesting and well presented there. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with any service a turist can expect, including complimentary bottles of water and free wireless connection. The proprietors are extraordinarily kind. Breakfast full and well prepared. In addition, not very expensive for what is offered.

The owners of the b&b were extremely kind and friendly. Very helpful with tips about places to go and visit. The accomodations were just lovely. Clean, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Property sits infront of water and you can take a wonderful stroll down beach front. Pricing was reasonable and location in Nairn was perfect - secluded but within easy walking distance to town. Met some wonderful visitors who were repeat customers - always a good sign
The bar was closed in the evening. It would have been nice to have an after dinner drink and enjoy the 'light sky' nights with a Scottish whisky!

Had a great time here, everything looked stunning and wonderful. the room was super nice and had plenty of space, plus the breakfast spread was more than enough. the beds were a bit too mushy for my liking, but overall, it was a really solid stay! 🌟

The location of the hotel has great views of the coastline and there is a path leading down to the beach from the hotel. Grounds have obviously been maintained to a high standard. Room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was superb with good service. Staff very friendly and welcoming
Bathroom was dated and could do with slight modernisation (although very clean). Curtains did not fully keep light out so I would recommend if possible to install a blackout blind. Nothing major and please do not let this put you off booking as I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean, characterful hotel, I enjoyed excellent sized and stylish rooms and particularly pleasant staff. I was offered a room with magnificent views of sea. The venue was in a favourable location so close to Nairn beach and the sea front and the shore. I tried some drinks at gastropub The Havelock, located 10 minutes walk away. The bar was cozy and food they serve is awesome!

It was run extremely efficiently. They were expecting us. Our room was larger than expected which was a joy, everything about it was spotless. We were sat in the bay window seat overlooking the sea for breakfast and it was an absolutely perfect short stay. We will most definitely stay there again.
